“Every New Beginning Comes from Some Other Beginning’s End”

Life is full of transitions, new phases in our lives: Moving to a new place, graduating, starting a new job, retiring from work, the birth of a child, and children moving out. In each transition—small and large—there is a loss, letting go, saying goodbye to what has been. But there is also a turning towards new possibilities and new adventures. How we approach these transitions can shape our experience of them.
