This morning we will lean into the practice of befriending change, in our daily practices, our relationships, and in our own narratives. Utilizing the transition into the autumn as a moment to release where we may be holding too tightly, and to examine where we might be stuck, we will collectively encourage growth.
Essy Hart graduated from Starr King School for the Ministry in 2013, where she studied under many powerful teachers, most prominently Dr. Ibrahim Farajaje (peace be upon him). She is an abstract painter and art therapist who works with the transformative friction between the sacred and mundane in her art practice. Her personal practice is rooted in Paganism, Sufism, Buddhism and the Abrahamic Narratives.
