Ethical Eating: “Boosting compassion in your kitchen and on our plates”

Sara Dudik is a clinical music therapist, professional musician and singer/songwriter. Her music therapy career has included mental health services, Alzheimer’s and Dementia programs, early childhood education, adolescent special needs services, and grief support. And she has independently released 3 full length records with her jazz trio, playing on stages around the world. Her love of food, health, and spiritual growth intersected many years ago when the politics and ethics of food crossed her path one fateful Halloween night. Since then she has been passionately sharing in the joys and liberations offered to us in plant-based living alternatives. When she’s not working or eating, she loves roller skating, live shows, Vipassana meditation, and her sweet rescue cat, Fig.
