JustWeb 2017 will meet after the church service on February 12. It has been restructured as the climate-change arm of Justice Advocacy Ministry (JAM).

Philip Kuretski, Rhonda Plank-Richard, and Tracy Watson will co-facilitate the group. It will meet each month on the second Sunday from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

 

February 12 we will continue to organize the group components. So far, there is interest in improving Emerson itself as a more environmentally sound entity, with possibilities like becoming a Green Sanctuary, getting solar panels, and creating a community garden. There is also interest in affecting the wider community by merging with other local groups with similar interests, and attending demonstrations, circulating petitions, and visiting legislators among the actions on the horizon. Join us!
