In order to better understand the true needs, sentiments, and desires of our congregation, we launched a survey of Emerson’s members and friends. The initial survey ran from July 9th – October 10, 2015. It was followed by a supplemental Personal Theology Questionnaire, open from October 10th – 19th, 2015.

Diving deeper, we held a series of Searchlight Gatherings (sometimes known as Cottage Meetings) in September and October 2015.  These small group discussions gave Emersonians a chance to express their more intimate and nuanced opinions about the present and future of our congregation.
