Work in the Time of COVID

The pandemic has been incredibly challenging for workers—frontline workers in the healthcare and service industry who cannot work from home and are increased risk for catching COVID-19, people trying to work while also taking care of their kids, and the millions of people who are unemployed or underemployed and struggling. These reflect deeper issues, which have only been exacerbated by the pandemic. What would it look like to have an economy that respects the worth and dignity of workers?
