Bread Communion

Julie Border, Worship Associate

The ritual of communion began as a time set aside to welcome everyone to a communal table to share food and give thanks. In sharing bread we celebrate the gifts of the earth, and the gifts of our own hands and hearts.

If you are joining online, please have piece of bread, homemade or from the store, or a suitable alternative for our bread communion.

The Emerson Choir will sing “Look at the World” by John Rutter
